Indiana Businesses Offered Free AI Strategy Sessions by NevTech AI

Date:

NevTech AI, an Indianapolis-based consulting firm specializing in artificial intelligence, has introduced its AI Roadmap program aimed at assisting small and mid-sized businesses in Indiana. This initiative provides a complimentary 30-minute strategy session designed to identify potential areas for automation within a company’s operations. During the session, businesses can discover three workflows that may benefit from AI integration, along with insights into potential cost savings and implementation expenses.

This program comes in response to challenges that small businesses encounter while adopting AI technologies. A 2026 survey by Simply Business involving 1,047 U.S. small business owners found that 62% are already utilizing AI, primarily for tasks like brainstorming and email drafting. However, barriers such as concerns over AI errors in critical tasks, data security issues, and uncertainty about where to start hinder broader adoption. NevTech AI’s founder and CEO, Cody Neville, emphasized the practical experience his company brings, stating, “We built our automation inside our own companies first, then inside the businesses we serve, so when we sit down with an owner we are talking about workflows we have actually run, not a demo.”

NevTech AI’s methodology emphasizes understanding a company’s existing workflows rather than focusing on specific software solutions. The firm ensures that employees remain actively involved in processes where human oversight is crucial, especially in situations where errors could impact customers or patients. Additionally, NevTech provides training and continued support to businesses following the implementation of AI systems. As Neville points out, “Most technology projects fail in the rollout, not the code. The work is not finished when the software runs. It is finished when the team is using it.”

The company develops AI automation solutions for a variety of industries, including food and beverage, healthcare, commercial equipment services, and municipal operations. Their systems can automate tasks such as inbound call handling, quoting, follow-up routing, and reporting. Among their offerings is an AI receptionist service, which operates 24/7 to manage inquiries that might otherwise go to voicemail, a feature particularly beneficial for local practices and trade businesses.

The AI Roadmap sessions are open to Indiana businesses of all sizes, offering them the opportunity to bring proposals from other AI consultants or vendors for evaluation. Business owners interested in exploring practical AI applications can contact Cody Neville, Founder and CEO of NevTech AI, for more information.
