Dispatchly AI has introduced a new initiative called Dispatchly Rescue, aimed at supporting U.S. home-service businesses by offering them 12 months of access to its AI-native operating platform at no cost. The platform is designed to integrate a suite of tools, including front-office management, field operations, and customer communication services into a single system. Key features of the platform include an AI receptionist for handling calls and job bookings, alongside capabilities for estimates, photo estimates, invoicing, scheduling, business IVR, AI speed-to-lead, marketing, payroll, and an AI-built website.
The Rescue program is specifically available to home-service businesses in the U.S. that have been subscribed to Jobber for at least 12 consecutive months. To be eligible, businesses must activate Dispatchly through a secure checkout process, cancel their existing subscription within 30 days of activation, and provide dated proof of their prior subscription and its cancellation. Each application undergoes a review to determine eligibility.
Upon approval, participating businesses receive the Dispatchly Intro plan free for a full year, starting from the date of approval. Importantly, there is no automatic transition to a paid subscription once the free period concludes; businesses must actively choose a paid plan to continue using the service without interruption. This program is crafted to assist contractors in merging various business functions, such as scheduling, answering services, AI tools, and customer communications, into one unified platform.
Dispatchly AI emphasizes that its platform is built to enhance efficiency for home-service businesses by ensuring more calls are answered, more jobs are booked, and customers remain informed from their initial contact through to the completion of their jobs. This comprehensive approach aims to streamline operations and improve customer service across the board.
Dispatchly AI stands as an AI-native operating platform tailored for home-service businesses, offering a broad range of tools that cover customer communication, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, marketing, payroll, and other essential business operations.
